"I am not so sure APH is currently undervalued."

This is why I was sure to qualify by suggesting fundamentally underpriced. In this kind of analysis, we are looking at things other than the patterns formed when Alda trades. The intrinsic or fundamental value of the company has not changed but the stock price has for a variety of reasons far removed from the fundamentals of the company.

I think it is short-term players that are emotional and far-removed from the indicators used to assess company fundamentals that have helped drive the price down and for this reason I think the company is undervalued.

We all know that when we started getting news releases about the various achievements of T36, the factory that was opened and the patents received, these all added fundamental value to the company. However, today at .32 cents we are trading a level less than these when these releases came out. We traded at .32 cents on November 29, a date before many of these achievements for the company were released – a date when the company was not as valuable as it is today.

So if you go back and reflect on what I said, the emotional and the weak sold out and consequently the market reflects this, but intrinsically, the value in the company is still there and so are the long-term prospects. I think a savvy investor will pick up on this when we hit the U.S. market.
