Could Alda ever be HALTED?

When Alda has their NR to announce big first sales contracts for Wal-Mart, Shoppers etc. in Canada, could that warrant a halt to trading, pending the NR? Seems to me that might be a major NR for Alda. Any other examples when it could halt trading pending a major NR? TIA.
