I opened with the fact that I've read and reread the June 2 letter to shareholders and am very excited with the future of this company and as per my last conversation with P.C. my math says we should have the DIN# by now...

He said, "by my math we should have had it by the end of last year" LOL...

A Few More Of His Comments...

-they are figuring end of Aug for DIN# and market maker. They have been in constant contact with health Can and are now at the top of the pile...

-he figures the last PR cost them .10 alone and a ton of work over some "young hotshot" finding a small technical omission in financial disclosure...

-he was surprised to see stock go so high as "flavor of the month" and also surprised it fell so low. Doesn't like to see ups and downs in share price claiming it had nothing to do with the company, just market dynamics...

-claims they are making lots of progress and at the end of the day there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the company.

-final comment was "dont despair, by the fall it will be a different picture and by the spring it will be a different picture"

So...nothing we all really didn't know other than longer wait yet for DIN#, I must say that it was reassuring for me to speak with the top dog and hear his confidence for the future of his company...Long on APH.
