about the DIN# delay...when they applied on Oct 31 they were told 60-90 days. Unfortunately, the case inspector handling the application(whom Dr Chapiero had an excellent rapport with) became ill with cancer and the application is now with a new case inspector. The last update they had from health Canada is that the average backlog for DIN# applications is 220 DAYS! It has now been 180 days for us, so we could be waiting up to 40 days yet. Peter did stress to me more than once that THEY HAVE A LOCAL CONSULTANT CHECKING INTO THE APPLICATION AND THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE APPLICATION other than a backlog at health Canada, and Peter agreed with me that the delay has hurt shareprice...

He added that he's in touch with China daily and we'll see some good news from there real soon, everything is ready to go and products will be on the shelves in a couple weeks...

In closing, Peter said lots of good news coming to increase shareholder value...but of course couldn't tell me any more than that...I wish I had more cash to buy at this incredibly cheap price...
