Neutral on daily and weekly chart

I'm neutral on the daily and weekly chart (weekly below). Bollinger bands do not suggest anything conclusive about the future volatility or movement of prices. MACD is bearish and we are not in overbought/Undersold range. Resistance is .89 then .91. Support is .84 then .81.
