We do not know the details behind the DIN and Health Canada.  We only know what we are told by Alda.  Concerning T36, who told you it kills aids?  You have the wrong information.

If you want to put you mind at rest, do your own due diligence.  Go read all the news releases, read the annual reports to investors, and then listen to the TO interviews.  Then you can come back as an informed investor and not a panic-stricken beginner.
