Not sure why you have problems understanding what transpired with the last PP in regards to Proforma.

Proforma is an investment advisor to people with deep pockets. It finds companies that it feels are postioned with good growth potential. It then tells its clients which stock it recommends for them to buy. All Proforma did was buy into the PP for its clients. This kind of investment strategy happens all the time. Its a sort of you scratch my back we will scratch yours for you. Current shareholders should be elated beyond belief that APH went out and did this kind of financing. What happens here is they buy the stock at a discount but also agree to buy a certain amount of shares on the open market.

This type of financing is how startup companies get their share prices to rise up to the next level. Before this latest PP the share price of APH was trading in the low $.20 range. Currently the stock is in the low $.30 range. That is a 50% share price gain. I can't possibly see how a shareholder could find fault with this type of gain in share price. Yes the share price spike up into the $.40's that was because of all the open market buying as Proforma supported the PP purchase.

The 4 month hold period is common practice requirement by the exchange for financings. I honestly don't think people have any reason to worry because there will be very little selling by people who took down this financing. Remember these are deep pocket investors, they are in for the big price gains. Investors buy into startup companies with the vision to make 1000's % gains not mere 50% gains. I seriously doubt many, if any, who bought the $.15 PP would sell before the multiple dollar share price level.

Sometimes we as investors have to stand back and look at the big picture. What were your reasons for investing in this stock in the first place? If you wanted only 50% gain, you just had your chance to get out. Figure out how much you want to make from this time of investment and when and if the share price hits your target then sell and move on to the next investment.

I have taken a big investment in this company, I have laid my money down because I believe in the management, I believe in the story of the stock. Now I will forget about the day to day stuff in regards to it and let Owens build the company. Those investors who lay awake at night worried if Owens is doing this right on a day to day basis, shouldn't be in this type of investment.

The risks in this type of investment are great, the rewards are even greater.
