"Story will get much more attention and it may start as early as November."

 I was thinking perhaps starting today the share price may get motivated. Looks like the stock needs to let a few more deep pocketed investors in, and away we go. Many ways to let these deep pocketed players in. Let them buy on the open market or let them in on a PP, but for some reason on these startup companies without them, a stock sits in neutral.  That's were we have been with this stock lately, in neutral.

The next news release we get, will tell the story. Either let the deep pocketed ones in or expand the share holder base with an OTC listing. If we get news of either, I believe it's blast-off time.
