AIRTEST TECHNOLOGIES INKS CEO TO NEW 3 YEAR MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
ATI AirTest Technologies Inc.'s president and chief executive officer George Graham has been signed to a new three-year management agreement effective June 1, 2009.
According to Ken Danderfer, director and chairman of the compensation committee: "Mr. Graham has piloted the company through some difficult economic times, but has had the foresight to position the company very well based on today's economic and political priorities. As a green technology company, AirTest is enjoying excellent growth and at the same time effecting exceptional energy savings through its carefully developed sustainable and green building initiatives. We feel Mr. Graham, with his wealth of experience in business and knowledge of the company's various market opportunities, is the right person to lead AirTest as it becomes a significant force in improving the efficiency of ventilation control systems in commercial buildings."
