Yes, it would be beneficial for others to join over here as my ability to discuss the technical on the project would be enhanced considerably over that which was experienced at CEO. So far very few have come over and still want Stargate to return there. 

While I can't get too deep into the technicals on the Stargate 3 system fundamentals, it is essentially a new technology E.M. system which utilizes "Acoustic Eddy Current" receiver principals to discern the environment of interest over other present-day systems which still use 1980's hardware technology. Only in limited cases do we have to pre-drill the project to install the vertically oriented probes.
