Initially, bona fide purchase orders were required with the ERP. However, providing MSHA with a bona fide purchase order within 15 days of the date the ERP is approved also would be acceptable. Absent factors beyond the operator’s control, the system(s) must be installed within three months of the delivery date specified in the bona fide purchase order.

If this holds true and the mines follow the rules then we should be seeing PO's very soon. Then we'll have to see what the delivery dates are to see when the cash starts arriving. That's IF the mines believe MSHA is serious and has teeth. We'll have to see what the new administration does. I believe the new head of the MSHA will force the issue considering his background and his mandate.
