is the week that we should finally see the financial statement and begin the long climb back into respectability. Now the question is what day do they announce the release and how good will they be. We know last quarter showed 1/4 million in sales and this quarter had better show much improvement. I'm thinking they will announce later in the week and then try to add Paradigm's coverage next week. Wed, the 16th is the earliest Paradigm can begin coverage based on 30 days after the close of the PP.

After that, the 15th is also the end of the timeframe set forth by MSHA for the ERP plans. They claimed 4-6 months to approve plans and that put it at Dec 15th but this is far from a hard deadline. We all know we can't put too much into what MSHA says. More of a believe it when we see it.

All in all, lots to look forward to by year end. IMO
