My sentiments exactly! Act is a speculative play, did you just realize this today? Companies not paying for sales of Activemine or having trouble is exactly what the release says. May is the operative word here. These are not facts just conjecture.
Credit markets are opening up as seen by Act's ability to receive a credit agreement for working capital.
Today they've done another financing to help with capital. Act is working with the top 200 coal companies that have money and the ability to pay. We're not looking at the smaller mines that may be a problem. MSHA will not be granting mines with money to opt out of the Miner Act, these systems will be installed. The gov't is offering 50% tax incentives to help implement systems into their mines. This is happening and will happen in the near future.
If you're uncomfortable with the speculative play then you're in the wrong stock as this has always been speculative and the risks are high but then again so are the payouts when they happen
