I have noticed that MSHA has yet to update 5 days after the approval for Acts tags. I went back to see when they updated their site for subterra and it was the same day, the 21st. I think this bodes very well for Act and their nodes. Is it possible MSHA wants to include the nodes so it is a system as opposed to just tags that gets listed.
