Short Interest and Instituional Holdings

I follow another stock that has a very similar chart to ACT.
Two facts that are very encouranging for this other stock:
1) SHORTS are WAY down, and
2) Institutional ownership is UP
I have tried (without much success) on finding the Short Interest and Institutional Holdings for ACT.
