Howard Sutton from Tera Capital was just on the BNN Small Caps Show and owns shares in ACT. He basically said the MSHA should be out in late March or early Apr and the stock has lagged waiting for the approval. ACT will then go to the next level and they have technology that is special and the contracts will come in. View it later today at www.BNN.ca
