It is my understanding that the competition is about a year away from being ready.  ACT has installations working in Virginia right now.  The approval is taking its time because that is the pace of governments in my opinion.  China is a big market and they have been in discussions to get there for sure. They however do not have a very good rep for worker safety considerations in the past but that will have to change.  Once they get the MSHA in place it will make an immediate impact on US orders.  That is my read on it anyway but only my opinion.  We will have to wait and see I guess but I am curious as to other views here.  You bring up some very good information.
