Acceleware Announces Change of Auditor
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 6, 2009) - Acceleware Corp. ("Acceleware" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:AXE), a world leader in multi-core parallel processing middleware, reports that it has been advised by RSM Richter LLP ("RSM"), the auditor of the Company, that RSM is no longer focusing its practice on TSXV-listed companies and, accordingly has resigned of its own initiative, effective as of today. In view of this decision, the Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Meyers Norris Penny LLP ("MNP") as the successor auditor.

The resignation of RSM and the appointment of MNP as the successor auditor have been approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company.

There were no reservations in the former auditor's reports for the two most recently-completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently-completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of the former auditor's resignation. There were no reportable events between the Company and RSM or between the Company and MNP.

In accordance with all regulatory requirements, Acceleware has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor and has received a response letter from MNP, the successor auditors, confirming their agreement with the information provided in the Notice. The Company has also received a response letter from RSM, the former auditors, confirming their agreement with the information provided in the Notice.
