Adex Mining five-million-FT-share private placement

 

2007-11-26 16:45 ET - Private Placement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced Oct. 22, 2007.

Number of shares:  five million flow-through shares

Purchase price:  60 cents per share

Number of hidden placees:  23 placees

Agents' fee:  A total of $210,000 in cash and 350,000 broker warrants payable to Jennings Capital Inc. and Paradigm Capital Inc. Each broker warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at 60 cents until March 13, 2009.
