Dear Reader,

I want to begin by apologising for the lack of updates about two weeks ago I caught a wicked stomach flu, was barely able to move for a few days then could not keep anything down for almost 2 weeks.

However, now feeling better. I lost about 10-15 lbs , I was looking to lose weight and this wasn't exactly how I planned to do so but it's a start now just have to keep it off (and I want to lose another 5-10). Anyhow here is an update where I talk about gold stocks to look at purchasing during this consolidation in gold and also we look at the market.
