The Company's principal business activities include the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties in Canada. The Company operates through the exploration of mineral properties in Canada segment. The Company owns the porphyry/shear-hosted copper-gold-silver (Cu-Au-Ag) Swift Katie Project, which is located approximately seven kilometers southwest of the village of Salmo, British Columbia in the Nelson Mining District. The Swift Katie project consists of approximately 17 contiguous mineral titles online (MTO) mineral claims, covering over 80 square kilometers within an approximately 11 kilometers by 3 kilometers airborne magnetic trend. The Company is focused on early-stage properties with the prospective to host large deposits, in regions with infrastructure. It has completed approximately 15 drill holes and returned several intercepts indicative of bulk-tonnage Cu-Au-Ag from the Katie Zone.
