Subject: MNGA ... Update
TAMPA, Florida, December 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (MNGA), an award winning technology company that counts among its inventions a patented process that converts liquid waste into MagneGas2® fuel, has recently received over $3 Million in Warrant exercises, placing its current unaudited cash position at approximately $5 Million.
The cash will be used to continue to execute on operational plans and for working capital. The Warrant exercises were received from existing Warrants issued from capital raised in 2014 with specific terms disclosed in public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission available at http://www.sec.gov.
"We are pleased to announce that going into 2016, we have a strengthened cash position and we do not intend to raise capital in the near term. I believe it is important that we continually update investors on our activities.
Keeping investors abreast of our financial position is one such update. We believe that with the additional cash received from these warrants, and our recently announced equipment sale to Green Arc Supply in Louisiana, we will start next year in a position of strength and our focus will be strategy execution," stated Ermanno Santilli, CEO of MagneGas Corporation.
Prior to the Warrant exercises the Company had 41, 215,413 common shares outstanding. The outstanding common share count as of December 14 was 44,191,969.

Cleantech specialist MagneGas (NASDAQ:MNGA), which can convert liquid waste into fuel, has expanded its operations into West Africa.
The group has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with private firm Masada, a major waste collection firm, to import MagneGas fuel and equipment into Sierra Leone, it revealed.
The deal includes a payment of US$550,000, 5% gross royalty payments and subsequent equipment imports under a two phase approach to expansion plans.
Masada Waste Management company is primarily owned by Gibril Wilson, a former NFL football player for the New York Giants.
Masada was awarded a 20 year Waste Management contract by the Government of Sierra Leone to collect, manage and convert waste generated in the Freetown Municipality.
This includes solid and liquid waste, medical, marine and industrial waste products.
Wilson said: "MagneGas has presented Sierra Leone with the opportunity to create many needed jobs while also addressing Waste Management, resource preservation and a source of fuel.
"We are very excited to take advantage of this opportunity and work with MagneGas to implement their much needed technology while making as big of an impact as we can for our community."
The collaboration between MagneGas and Masada will have two main phases including the importation of MagneGas fuel to establish the market and support public funding initiatives, followed by implementing multiple MagneGas gasification systems in country to produce fuel locally.
It's been a busy week for MagneGas. Yesterday, it had its coffers replenished by more than US$3mln through the conversion of some warrants.
The decision by warrants holders to pay to convert the warrants to shares means MagneGas's current unaudited cash balance is now positive to the tune of some US$5mln.
The cash will be used to continue to execute on operational plans and for working capital, MagneGas told investors.
