You remember how Sharp and astute BUCKSHOT was/is when it comes to mining?
Well, BUCKSHOT really likes the Investment in tightly held KENNADY DIAMONDS KDI.
Taking the liberty of sharing here some of his recents comments starting from today.
Now, just might be biased here but to me, BUCKSHOT is one of the more honourable and knowledgable Posters on any site I've ever encountered.
So, do your own D&D and look up Details re; an KDI investment and please note the Huge Insider buying.

Another pipe in Faraday?
It sure looks like it. Best part is, Faraday could be a lot larger than Kelvin.
...........
News
And it was at Faraday 2, not the more prolific Faraday 3 target. I really REALLY like this line "Recently completed ground geophysics at Faraday has identified anomalies comparable in size to the main Kelvin kimberlite. This leads us to believe that the potential exists for substantial tonnage at the high grade Faraday kimberlite where we are planning to establish continuity over the approx. 1 kilometer strike."
The market doesn't care, nothing new there.

(KDI ) Trading like crapola today
The perils of an extrremely illiquid stock. Someone wants to sell a couple of thousand shares the stock drops, then the HFT terminals send it down another dime. Same on the buys going the other way. Not a stock to own if you are the kind of person that lets the market tell them if they are right or wrong. You need conviction to ride this pony.
That said, the Bulk sample should be about 60% complete, and by mid-april we will have all the attention back on the three diamond rigs. In the mean time, with any luck maybe we get some news from the Faraday 3 drilling. They should have 2 or 3 holes complete there and if any come back with 40m+ we will surely see the tonnage estimate revisited.
My personal belief is that we have been squeezed twice here in the past month and a bit. First with our own financing where up until a week ago, you could call the company and get as many shares as you wanted at $3.55. Second the MPV Rights Offering has a lot beaten up junior mkt participants scrambling for cash to fund their $4 purchases. There is a logical overlap of course in the two companies shareholder base.
With the exploration drilling running at full speed and these financings finally behing us, April is set up to be a great month imo.

Buck

Where is the 3th round of the placing?
There is just under $3.7m to go. word is a flow through fund is taking just under $2m but hasn't closed it's offering to the public yet, so hence the delay. while we wait on that expect a "third tranche" of just under $2m to close soon, and then the forementioned flow through shares to close in a month or so.

Kennady Diamonds Reports Strong Diamonds Results
The size of the diamonds recovered to date for this size of sample are in line with any world class kimberlite structure found to date.

Nov./14
Great to hear they are back drilling and even better to hear "The Company is also pleased to announce that approximately 5 tonnes of kimberlite from Kelvin is currently being processed by caustic fusion at the Geoanalytical Laboratories Diamond Services of the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC"). A further 24 tonnes of Kelvin kimberlite is being dispatched to the SRC within the next few days. Most of this mini-bulk sample will be processed through the dense media separation plant at the SRC. A small portion will be processed by caustic fusion to support development of diamond size frequency models for the north limb of the Kelvin kimberlite. Most of the diamond recovery results from these samples are expected by the end of the year. "
