Edgewater targeting retail and large enterprise markets

OTTAWA, CANADA – December 19, 2013 – Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., (YFI;TSX.V) the global leader
in WiFi3 next generation WiFi technology, today announced the company has partnered with Tutela
Technologies, a leading developer of real-time service quality and location-based metrics for cellular
providers and WiFi operators.

The partnership with Tutela Technologies will extend the capabilities of Edgewater’s WiFi3 solutions with
consumer experience monitoring and location based services to deliver improved quality of service and
customer side analytics.

Edgewater Wireless WiFi3 series of Next Generation WiFi Access Points enables 3-channels on a single
radio and provides improved WiFi services and improved quality of service to end users by delivering up

mitigating issues such as Adjacent Channel Interference (ACI) and offering industry leading capabilities

Edgewater Wireless (TSX: V.YFI, Stock Forum) made significant headway today when the company announced that it had formed a strategic partnership with G2 Industries, a diversified finance and integration company based in Miami, Florida.

According to the news release, the partnership would enable G2 Industries to provide WiFi3 powered solutions for high-density, high-performance wireless applications for telecommunications firms and public authorities in the Caribbean. G2 Industries also plans to offer these solutions to other select markets.

Managing Partner for G2 Industries, Joey Gutierrez, commented on the transformative deal, “Our large enterprise and government clients were struggling to meet the growing demand for high-performance Wi-Fi networks. Edgewater's WiFi3 powered solutions are an ideal fit to address the high-density needs of our growing customer base in the Caribbean, LATAM and EMEA regions.”

Edgewater Wireless was in the news recently when the Ottawa, Ontario-based company announced launching a high-density Wi-Fi development Kit a little less than a week ago.

Shares gained 75.00% on the news to $0.125 per share for a total increase of ~350% over the last week.

Currently there are 113.8m outstanding shares with a market cap of $15.9 million.
