Whether it is a good question or not, why do interviewees, so many times start of their reply with: "That's a very good question" or alternatevly with, " I'm glad you asked that question".
Just once I'd like to hear them start of with, " That's a really stupid question, but I'll answer it anyway". For the ,"I'm glad part", I would like, just once to hear, "I wish you hadn't asked that question as I don't have a clue what you're talking about.
Perhaps they could start of with, "Where did you get your interviewing training".
