Message: Invest in Ecuador? H'mm ......(from Equedia Weekly response site)

(Had to share this with all former share holders of stocks in Ecuador.)

..............................................

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here and hope to find lucrative investments as well as share some I think you will find interesting. I am a DD Freak, but you should follow to verify any facts or speculations I may provide.

I want to bring to your attention a Jr Gold Mining company that I think you find interesting. The name of the company is New World Gold Corp. It currently trades under the symbol NWGC. The latest filings reveal that the company has net profits of approx. .017. Currently the stock trades for .01

They operate with a subsidiary that mines gold in Ecuador. The subsidiary is Andes Gold Corp. Andes was set up to acquire not only a mining claim, but to also acquire a Equadorian company that would make it easier to do business in Equador. The share structure is rather complicated between the two companies, but I have thoroughly studied their relationship to each other and discovered that it is not only beneficial to both companies, but to investors as well. When you first look at these companies you might think that both have huge amounts of O/S and Floats. But further studies reveal that both the O/S and floats of both amounts are significantly impacted by ownership of shares by each of the other.

The main positive points I want to communicate are, 1.) Both are a distinct minority in the Jr. Mining sector of the OTC. Both have revenues, both show positive earnings and both are not Pumping and Dumping shares to raise funds for exploration. They are producing gold and earning net profits. There are a ton of Jr. Mining companies listed on the OTC andfew are showing a profit or even mining gold. 2.) Currently NWGC has filed financials that show a net profit of $1,836,664 or .017 per share in earnings. 3.) And finally, NWGC is trading at .01 per share. That's right. NWGC is trading at a per share price of less than they showed in 2012 per share profits.

Therefore it is my opinion that this is an opportunity to buy a producing, profitable gold mining company at a price that will significantly appreciate, once word gets out about what is happening.

I suggest that you do some of your own DD and see if you agree with me. I am currently invested in the company. I am not a broker or investment adviso. I am an investor who wishes to share with others information I have discovered on my own. Any comments you may have are welcome.
