I think it is pretty obvious that there is no stable form of government which is why the various societies of the world keep trying the old forms over and over again.

Communism, socialism, democracy,oligarchy, republic, fascist state and anarchy none of them last very long. They all morph into something else eventually.

Most start with high ideals but give way to corruption, decay and basic flaws within the design of the system that can be exploited by those in power.
