If I was raising children I would be encouraging them to as aminimum get trade skills ... one day they will need to be traded ... the great experiement with education for the masses has resulted in a society of people who talk about injustice of others while being entertained by tv, iphones, the net etc etc ...

"advanced" societies have produced a generation of people who by design have little ability for self dependence ... it is those skills that will dictate future prosperity.

Being able to trade people with other necessities for the necessities you need or at the very least being able to supply services (preferably skilled) to generate the necessities for other will be critical in the coming decades.

Clearly social breakdown will occur within some of our life times!

The current regimes have used complexity to ensure transparency is invisible

Nothing illustrates that better than tax code which is a system designed to ensure wealth distribution to the puppeteers at the expense of the genpop. It is kept complex to allow stealth movements of capital.

It can not and will not go on ... life will go on, people will find happiness despite the circumstances but this social jig is very close to having run its course.

Simpler times are just around the corner and regardless of what "wealth" I may lose, I look forward to the day where people who actually do something of real value can once again prosper instead of the giant squids.

My motto while in the work force was that my security was in my ability ... I never wanted to work for a paternalistic employer who took care of you ... that model failed and government that takes care of you will soon also fail ...

Its a sad commentary when the Sinclairs, Armstrongs, Rogers, Turks Embrys etc on masse begin publically ridiculing the current system's leaders, explicit state the system is rotten and nothing happens. The public has been dumbed down and can't even hear the warning cries of those who have been entrenched within the system, understand it and abhor what they see.

Sure they all have a profit motive at heart ... nothing wrong with that ... after all what information you choose to consume is your own choice.
