Yes , weeks ago it was the Rage on the Internet and we received it from a competent Professional who also was duped.

However, if your over 85 years old and need a Heart Operation in Ontario, I was told the other day by a neighbour who requires same, that there is no coverage and it has been deemed a personal expense.
