Won't do much for the Canadian juniors though. I think those are toast, and for reasons unrelated to new supply or waning demand, although both will play a role.

I think you have to destinguish between

1./ a company with a pasture and a drill rig

2./ a company with an economic resourse but no production

3./ a company that is small but in production.

I think the first one will have a hard time with funding in this market. The second one will be able to get funding but at less favourable terms and the third one will thrive.

Most of these companies are so cheap now that if they do not start moving up then M&A activity will increase.
