Some of the oppinions seem a little far out there but unfortunatly they are now within the range of possibilities for the future.

The only sure things are

1/. The future will not be like the past there is far too much debt for the status quo.

2/. Governments will do whatever it takes to remain in power. This is constant throughout history.

3/. The majority of the people will remain oblivious and/or even endorse the governments actions. This is also constant throughout history.

The range of possible outcomes beyond this are vast but certainly not benign.

Look what is happening in europe. It will come to the US eventually.
