It may not make it as a country song but the lawyer in me smells a lawsuit. This is political speech which is supposedly protected by the Constitution. Too bad it's Tennessee. The school district's probably broke.

I say he gets his job back, a feature spot on Letterman, plus the guy who fired him AND his boss both get the axe.
