Western Potash Corp is a Potash Exploration Company focused on building Canada's most efficient Potash Solution Mine. The Company is working toward the completion of a Positive Feasibility Study at its Milestone Project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Most recently on December 16th, 2011, Western Potash Corp. announced the filing of an updated >delivery of a robust Prefeasibility Study at Milestone. The study was intended to provide a high degree of project definition, building on the Scoping Study completed in 2010. The study confirms that the Milestone Project shows significant positive economics with highlights such as: a NPV at 10% of $4.14 Billion CAD, an asset of sufficient size and grade to support primary and secondary solution mining for more than 40 years at a production rate of 2.8mt/y, and an IRR of 22.7%.

Western Potash Corp.’s land acquisition program has now successfully secured over 2,550 acres at the Company’s preferred plant site location as express in the June 21, 2011 News Release. Securing the plant site location is an important aspect of the Milestone feasibility process as the environmental and regulatory approval processes and project schedules are dependent on it. The site is large enough to house all intended plant site facilities for the contemplated life of the mine.
