Government is imaginary, as are the borders they claim denote the area where they profess to have a monopoly on violence.
The violence and theft that people do in the name of government is very real, however, and unfortunately the consequences of their self-declared authority are not an illusion. But it is important to realize that the entire world is in a state of anarchy. It always has been and always will be. The only reason it doesn't feel that way is because many people have been fooled into believing that the largest criminal organization in each region is a legitimate and necessary thing. Like the money they print, their authority is fiat. It only exists because they themselves claim it. And, as long as the majority of people believe that, then Government will continue to hold its grip over most people's lives.
But, as powerful as the government can appear to be, it is also incredibly fragile. It only takes a few people pointing out the truth to instantly awaken many others.

Hockey Players Supplicating to the Biggest Crime Boss in the Region |
That is why what Tim Thomas, the goaltender for the Boston Bruins did yesterday was so notable. Thousands and thousands of grown men have accepted an invitation by a serial killer and thief to stand beside him and grin and get their photos taken. Not one, in all that time, has had either the intelligence to see the President for what he is or the courage to decline his invitation.
Tim Thomas made it clear that his reason for declining was not an attack on either "party" of the fasco-communist US state but an outright rejection of government involvement in his life as he stated on
Then, on December 14, 2008, Muntadhar al-Zaidi, an Iraqi broadcast journalist, shouted "This is a farewell kiss from the Iraqi people, you dog" and threw his shoes at then-U.S. president George W. Bush.
Tim Thomas added his name to the anarchic hall of fame this week when he for all intents and purposes stated, "I do not recognize your authority. I do not recognize your moral sanction to violate my body, my mind and my property.

It leads one to wonder, what if this began to occur on a more regular basis. What if two or three people from a sports team did it? What if entire teams didn't even show up? What if everyone treated the invitation the way it should be treated, like a public invitation from a murderer and thief? What if people stopped paying attention to them. Stopped paying their extortion (taxes).
How long would it be before a guy like Barack Obama would just skulk out of the White House and go become an assistant manager in a shipping dock where he could use his sociopathic conman skills to just use and manipulate a few people in his immediate area rather than billions around the world?
And imagine if it all happened just because one hockey goalie was not afraid to say the truth.
