"Slave"markets not free market is the answer - who is the master of the regulated "free market" - regulations which are designed to be in the general interest of the entire population.

Such regulations ideally would

- promote personal accountability

- equality of opportunity

- develop personal responibility while rewarding generosity towards those less fortunate/capable

- subject to the rule of law and enshrined in a financial constitution which can only change under extreme changes of financial condition

- reward effort, controlled risk taking of capital, and encourage entreprenurialism

- mantain the role of government is to enforce the regulations and policies supporting such but is otherwise unobtrusive in our lives.

- manage foreign trade through the imposition of tariffs (equal to the cost of the difference in systems) on countries whose value placed on human rights and liberty allows for exploitation in income derivation.

there is the starting point .. add to debate or ignore it ... instead of the 300 club it could be the new founding father's club.
