Tanzanian Royalty Exploration wishes to report that there is no particular event other than a technical market situation that can explain the recent trading action in the Company’s shares.

The Company is responding to a request from the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) on behalf of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) following recent trading activity.
