At this point it looks pretty bleak ,however;

The details of the OSC allegations have not yet been made public. It seems unprofessional to make allegations without releasing any evidence or even details. The extent of the fraud is completely unknown and so there may still be some value depending on the extent and nature. Shareholders have no clue at this point.

Richard Chandler is a takeover specialist who has bought companies accused of fraud in the past and turned them around. He sold none of his shares on Friday and has made no statements since the OSC halt.
