Maybe Mr. Whittall was just talking about the "largest discovery" in Mexico in the last year, but with more results like this, rivaling Goldcorp is certainly not impossible.

There's any number of reasons to like this company as you point out, and for the record, at 22% it's already my major holding. Nonetheless, there's no basis (yet) for the kind of statement Whittall made - companies have been slapped down for much less. Still, he said it on Kudlow, so I'm not losing any sleep over it. I'd be more concerned if it were BNN.
