I have and I agree with it ... if, or should I say when, that happens ... over 40% of the mortgages held will be underwater ... or as they are calling it now below break even. (thats not for the houseowner)

More toxic assets for the balance sheets of the banks .. oh wait that is not the case they don't have to mark to market ... they can mark to fantasy.
