On refection, this really deserves further comment:

It's one thing to cross swords with someone - differences of opinion are one thing - but when that person gives you the last word, and then you come back and trash a respected geologist simply to get back at him, well now, that speaks directly to character, or lack thereof.

The irony here is that The Mouse (tm) is a self declared Libertarian, just like you claim to be. So you diss a fellow traveller just to get in another kick at the bear? How pathetic is that?
