A couple of odd ducks I came across in my travels. Both developing potash projects in Ethiopia, which apparently has a lot of the stuff near surface.

AAA has been at it for a while, whereas FED (gotta love that symbol) is a recent IPO that's gone through the typical sell-off and might be a buy right here. Drill results out soon.

The claim to fame on both is a rich mineral resource, close to port facilities and end markets. Apparently the idea is to use surface evaporation (it's really HOT in Ethiopia) to extract potash at a low cost. They say there's enough water.... I guess we'll see. Water's a rather sticky issue in that part of the world, but it's worth a closer look I'd say, if only to hone our skills on something other than silver and gold.
