I'd suggesting building a spreadsheet ..I did .. takes a bit of babysitting but works well .. I can't share it since it has all of my private info in it, but I have used it for 3 years and was worth the initial effort up front.

It is far from bulletproof but when something is not correct it is pretty obvious. Hopefully you can do the same since all I have to do is enter the date of trade, number of shares traded and the total proceeds.
