Personally I would not vote NDP but I think it is a good idea for the believers to do so.

At least the conservatives and NDP both stand for something.

I never really got the liberals. They don't seem to have any policies of their own and seem to just be interested in getting elected. Moving left and right on the spectrum depending on what they think will be more popular. They used to have a good platform but that seems to have disappeared the day Trudeau was elected PM.

That being said I won't be voting in this election because I am not that fond of the Conservatives either.

While there are good and bad with each party, the Conservatives new commitment to lawful access - new laws that would establish massive Internet surveillance requirements and the potential disclosure of personal information without court oversight - is incredibly problematic for the Internet, privacy, and online freedoms. It requires real debate yet seems likely to slip under the public radar.

I believe in checks and balances and a search warrant should be required for the government to spy on people.
