First of all.. STOCKCALL dear fellow, appreciate your comments.. but .. am now retired.. had 40 years of management... and it is just Fine being a Grunt Soldier here on this board. Best to you though.

Thought I would post some stocks worth following, owning etc. Some I own, or have owned or want to own but can't as I'm deeply entrenched with about 40 and if I bought more... I'd be living in a Chicken Coop. Wife guards our Bank Accounts like a rigid Sargeant Major.

So, I'm never pushing a Stock for self benefit but honestly hope they will go up 700% for those who might invest. I would be a Happy as the Owner... believe me. Checking the market regularly makes one cognizant of particular trends and thats why I post..

Below are STOCKS worth noting:

AAB was mentioned here at around 42 cents a few months ago and has now improved about 30 cents with 25 cents more upside. I noticed CRK & AVR (two of the stocks in their holdings) moving up well and had insider buying lately so a good sign.

CFN.UN has climbed from $2.00 a year ago to over $7.00 now while paying a good dividend. They have now opened up in Quebec so the climb should carry on. Plus, a lot of rumors that a large Financial Firm will be buying them out. Right now the consensus for Target price is close to $12.00.

CAA is a highly rated stock on several sites and one should do some research to understand way. Gets a kick-back from a HBM mine and the future looks bright. Closed Fri. @ $3.61 up 15 cents.

CMK closed at $4.21 up 69 cents or 19.6%. They have just received a Mining Permit in the USA for COAL. I think the deposit is around 370 million tons. Note also for your knowledge that little PCY at 93 cents has a Coal Deposit of 1.5 Billion tons. 2011 could be a big year for it.

In fact, many reports indicate COAL could be a STUNNER in the months ahead. Stocks like these two mentioned and TCK.B, and GCE are worth considering also.

The Spectacular BETS in 2011 just might include:

EAS, MRZ, SBB, ATC, RES, CAN, XEL, RVC, RK, are some that come to mind. Plus several in the YUKON that might make for a rewarding investment. It would be nice to own them all... but ... I vision the Wife with a Rolling Pin glaring at me!

Cute little stock is GII.UN at around a $1.69. Hard to believe but pays you a 45 cent dividend which is a yield of 25%. Just like an Apple tree bearing fruit.

JTI closed at 69 cents up 9 cents. Quick research and I noticed this is a CHINA STOCK that just finished building a modern plant. They have an Office in Toronto. Might be a Good One down-the-road as CHINA has the ultimate in growth for the Future. Certainly worth a watch.

PNP has had tremendous INSIDER BUYING for days lately. You figure.

Noticed the same with BNS, BTO, CRK, AVR, TLM, PMT, BEI.UN.
