The selloff lacks credibility this time around.
I look at the last few days as a market over-reaction. Take uranium, for example. Strong fundamentals. China just went long and put a squeeze on the market, buying the largest ever contract from one of the largest uranium players (AREVA), and taking this production off the market. KEPCO quietly moving in and taking production off the market from Denison. Ever dwindling Russian weapons grade stockpile, and more reactors being created. The prices will continue to rise over the next year. POU up again this week (is that 4 or five weeks in a row?) Yet the prices of uranium stocks were trading down the last couple days.
