You never know what the future holds ... there are plenty of reasons to love Canada ... being next door to a giant who is struggling to maintain their world dominance is not. I fear for Canada the people deserve better as do the avg. and I must add most hospitable American citizen.

I'm sure the Aussies have their warts, but as I mentioned before I like their moat and like Canada as a resource based economy I like their proximity to growing markets without the fear of the potential of interfence from their neighbours to the south.

It will be hard to leave this fairy tale type home we have built in the woods, but especially as I get older and find winters to be brutally tough, the avg low temp in winter of 60 and high in summer of 90 where we are moving, sure beats our 7 months of winter.

Winter has been and expensive time of year fleeing the cold to south Fla, St Martin, Cuba etc. Who knows maybe I'll crave a visit a trip to Alaska with the potential to look out and see Russia.
