Geopolitical Dislocation?

An article today titled ' For example, only last evening U.S. ABC News carried a story that said 43 million Americans currently receive food stamps each month - almost 15% of the total U.S. population, and a lot higher percentage if that is a % related only to adults (which I doubt). This in the United States of America.

Caveat: I don't know how credible GEAB is thought to be. GEAB claims to be "an affordable and regular decision and analysis support instrument intended for all those whose work involves some understanding of ongoing and future global trends seen from a European point of view". I still say: Read the article and think hard.
