The only tool governments have left is to print more money.
This will be a worldwide coordinated effort of the central banks.

Call it what they want (bailout, rescue, quantitative easing, loan guarantee, asset swap, etc.) it will continue because the only other choice is to let the western economies collapse in another great depression.
