Canada says China clears it for investment scheme

This should increase take over targets among Canadian companies in oil sands and mining over the next couple of years , it would be interesting to share views on wich companies are subjects to be among those targets .

I was thinking about companies such as UTS KCL and AOS but i'm fairly ignorant on the subject , would NOT be among those ?

I'd be glad to have your opinions .
