kinda wish are place was sale ready ... can't get all the projects out of the way in time to cash in ... not being ready is probably the biggest mistake we will have ever made financially but at least we adore the property we live on! I can't belive the prices the new houses slapped together with cardboard are going for ... people are wowed by cosmetics ... so dress it up if you can and sell it!
